One on One interview with XANDRA
Hello Xandra and Congratulations for qualifying into the Final ….from the seccond spot. We never had any doubt that you would qualify and that the jury will love your song.
ERomania: How was the vibe of the contest, the jury and TVR?
Xandra: It was, again, an amazing experience full of emotions and beautiful people. TVR offered an exceptional show and the jury was first hand.
ERomania: “Walk on by “sounds exceptional, both the studio and the live version that you gave in the semifinal. You convinced us to vote for you, but now you have to convince the televoters. What will you do different from the semifinal?
Xandra: Can’t tell you anything about the show but I can assure you it is going to be beautiful.
ERomania: Why Eurovision?
Xandra: Eurovision is like a “drug”. Once you experience it you want to relive it again and again.
Eromania: Out of every romanian entries so far in Eurovision, which one did you like the most? And which one from the big contest?
Xandra: My favourite is Paual & Ovi’s entry “Miracle”, and from the big contest I love Dami Im “Sound of Silence”.
Eromania: Why do you think Romania never won the contest so far?
Xandra: I couldn’t say. In 2005, 2006 and 2010 Romania had the whole package, and deserved to win, but probably it wasn’t ment to be.
Eromania: Who are you “afraid” most this year from the national selection? …and who do you like the most?
Xandra: I am not “afraid “of any song, each of the songs that are in the final are special in their own way.
