Today LIVE the first Semifinal. How to whatch, line-up, scorecard and our predictions.
Tonight, starting 22:00, TVR will broadcast LIVE the first semifinal of the Eurovision Song Contest. 18 countries are compeeting for 10 spots in the Grand Final on 13th of May.
At first it might seem like a light semifinal, but it is very hard to actualy predict the qualifiers. Apart from Portugal and probably Armenia, who are in top5 spots to win the contest at the betting odds, the rest is just guessing. We also gave credit to Georgia, pure out of instinct 😛 , Australia, who so far didn’t miss a note, Sweden who is a hot favourite every year, ….this year I can’t understand why, cause it is such a shallow song 🙁 , Latvia who is just cool and may take over the televote, we love them 😛 ,…and Greece, who just beacause it has Fokas Evangelinos at the artisitc direction, will give them a boos in the contest, although the song lacks a lot of the “amazing-ness” that Greece used to bring in the contest. We predicted 9 out of 10, and we cannot decide about the outcome for the 10 th qualifier. The line-up for tonight with our predictions:

The show will be open by the ukrainian band “Monatik”, and the interval act will be sustained by Jamala, who will perform the last year’s winning song, ” 1944 ” and her new single. Apart from the contestants tonight , we will see 3 of the Big 5, UK, Italy and Spain, who will also vote in tonight’s semifinal.
